Olive oil is renowned for its nourishing and emollient properties: it helps regulate the skin’s natural hydration system. This exceptional natural ingredient is made from the pulp of olives. It is suitable for all skin types, including dry and delicate skin.

Olive oil forms the vegetable base of our liquid soaps.

This exceptional ingredient is a perfect plant-based wax found in our scented candles! Made from soybean plants, it provides a smooth and glossy surface to the wax of our candles. It also helps prevent any unpleasant odors when burning or extinguishing the flame!

Coconut oil has moisturizing, repairing, nourishing, and soothing properties. It is made from the pulp of coconuts and is suitable for all skin types, including dry and sensitive skin.

Coconut oil serves as both the plant-based base of our liquid soaps and is also found in the wax of our scented candles.

Mango butter is an exceptional natural and plant-based ingredient: it serves as a perfect vegetable wax found in our scented candles at La Savonnerie Royale! Mango butter is extracted by pressing the kernel (or seed) inside the mango fruit.

Shea butter, from the Sapotaceae family, comes from trees that grow wild without any treatment. These trees have a very long lifespan and begin to bear fruit around their fifteenth year. Fresh, ripe fruits are collected by Burkinabe women as they fall from the tree, between mid-June and mid-September. The nuts are cleaned of their pulp, washed, boiled, and then dried in the sun. The kernel, which contains the fatty substance needed to produce the butter, is extracted. The kernels are crushed with a pestle, roasted, then ground in a mill to obtain a brownish paste. This paste is then kneaded and mixed with water to produce the familiar whitish shea butter paste.

Shea butter is renowned for nourishing the skin and forming a protective barrier that prevents dehydration. It is especially suitable for dry and damaged skin and protects the skin from cold and harsh weather conditions.
